PSG is preparing to innovate once again in the merchandising arena. According to information from La Source Parisienne, the capital club is set to launch a new special jersey called the “Night Edition.”
There will indeed be a fourth kit this season. Or rather a fifth. PSG already has four this season, but the white kit is a continuation of last year’s. Paris will therefore roll out yet another iteration of its shirt. This all-black jersey is expected to go on sale at the beginning of March. According to the same source, it will feature a new printing technology, with no further details for now, which suggests a brand-new visual rendering.
Inspired by Paris After Dark
The design of this special outfit will be directly inspired by Paris at night, with a visual identity conceived to reflect the capital’s nocturnal atmosphere. A concept that fits into the continuity of the creative collaborations between PSG and Jordan, already behind several memorable jerseys and collections in recent seasons.
If the release is confirmed, this new “Night Edition” jersey should quickly generate excitement among supporters and collectors alike, as the Parisian club has become accustomed to turning each of its special launches into an event.
