The possibility of Marco Verratti making a return to the field for PSG is not ruled out, according to Luis Enrique’s statements on Friday.
Amid uncertainties about Marco Verratti’s future, it seems that he might not be departing after all. The PSG coach is considering the potential utilization of Verratti in upcoming matches.
“He is still training with the team. He is training normally. I told you that I like to keep discussions private. You will see on the field what I think. For me, working with Marco is wonderful, I give him a 10/10, he has an excellent attitude,” Luis Enrique commented. Although Verratti hasn’t been called upon so far this season, he hasn’t been completely left out of the picture.
Moreover, Luis Enrique seems to suggest that there won’t be any new signings in the midfield. “I think we have excellent midfielders. I am happy with the options I have. We have a young squad, but I see creativity, hard work, and flair in all positions.”
