PSG Teammates Rally Around Hakimi

After the final whistle, several French players with past or present ties to the Parisian environment came over to greet and console Hakimi. Bradley Barcola, Warren Zaïre-Emery, Désiré Doué and Lucas Hernandez notably took the time to speak with their PSG teammate.

It was a powerful scene, a reminder of the bonds created at club level despite the intensity of a World Cup quarter-final. On the pitch, there was no room for sentiment. But once the match was over, friendship and respect quickly took over.

For Les Bleus, the celebration can continue as they prepare for a semi-final against Spain or Belgium. For Hakimi, the journey ends here, but the image of his Paris teammates coming to comfort him will remain one of the human moments of the evening.
