Paris Saint-Germain could shake up the transfer market with two extremely costly deals. On the incoming side, the club could already be approaching a total of €150 million with the targets of Maghnes Akliouche and Yan Diomandé.
Is PSG returning to its flashy spending habits? According to L’Équipe, the club has already reached agreements with both Diomandé and Akliouche. A significant step forward, but the hardest part remains: convincing Monaco and RB Leipzig, two clubs unwilling to sell their talents at a discount.
Expensive Targets and Tough Negotiations Ahead
For Maghnes Akliouche, Monaco reportedly does not want to go below €50 million. Meanwhile, RB Leipzig is said to be demanding more than €100 million for Yan Diomandé. Two very expensive operations that could quickly send PSG’s spending soaring.
However, PSG has not changed its strategy. The club still aims to spend only what it earns. These major expenses could be offset by a massive clear-out, with the potential to generate up to €300 million through several key sales this summer.
Gonçalo Ramos could bring in between €60 and €75 million, while Lee Kang-In is valued at over €40 million. Randal Kolo Muani could also leave for around €40 million. Other departures could increase the total further, with Ibrahim Mbaye valued between €40 and €50 million, especially with Premier League interest. Even though Bradley Barcola is considered untouchable, an offer close to €150 million would inevitably change the situation. PSG could therefore invest heavily while maintaining balance through sales, aiming to reshape its attack without blowing up its finances.
