Barcelona forward Joao Felix has heaped praise on Kylian Mbappé, just hours before PSG-Barça.
Paris Saint-Germain and FC Barcelona are set to face off in the Champions League quarter-finals this Wednesday. Joao Felix, on loan to the Catalan club from Atletico Madrid, spoke to Catalunya Radio and praised the qualities of 25-year-old Kylian Mbappé, whom he considers one of the best forwards in the world.
“I like the way he plays, both when he cuts inside and when he runs into space. He has quality, is very decisive, and makes the difference. He might be the best forward in the world,” said the Barcelona forward.
However, Joao Felix believes there’s no need to implement an anti-Mbappé strategy. “I don’t think we should change our defensive approach for one or two players. Football is about duels, and we all need to be good at stopping them and others.”
