Despite being brand new, PSG’s Campus in Poissy is reportedly facing a formidable foe: strong winds.
According to L’Equipe, the training facility is exceptionally windy, causing disruptions to training sessions, especially for professional players, as their training area is located on the top terrace of the Ferme de Poncy, where the PSG Campus is situated.
This issue with the wind is not new, as Nasser al-Khelaïfi had already noticed it during a visit several months ago. He had also expressed concerns about the noise from the nearby A13 highway and the lack of on-site offices, both of which are said to have been or will be addressed.
PSG is expected to make adjustments in the coming months. The youth academy and the PSG Association are set to move to the site early next year, coinciding with the official inauguration of the PSG Campus.
