After difficult negotiations, Maghnes Akliouche is expected to sign for PSG. The Frenchman has been one of Paris’ main transfer priorities for several weeks. His versatility, technical ability and capacity to play in several attacking positions perfectly match the profile PSG are looking for.

PSG Near Akliouche Agreement

According to L’Équipe, talks are moving in a positive direction, with Akliouche attracted by the prospect of playing under Luis Enrique. The two clubs must still finalise the financial terms of the transfer, but only a few details are reportedly left to settle before his move to Paris can be completed.

At the same time, Paris want to recruit a genuine number 9. Ferran Torres is currently believed to be PSG’s priority, while the Spanish forward is expected to decide soon whether he wants to remain at FC Barcelona. The Catalan club would reportedly demand around €50 million to let him leave.

Éli Junior Kroupi is also being considered as an alternative, although Bournemouth continue to insist that they do not want to sell their young striker. The Akliouche deal therefore appears to be the most advanced for now, while Paris continue their search for another attacking reinforcement.
