Paris Saint-Germain could experience a much busier summer transfer window than initially expected. According to reports from L’Équipe, several players are questioning their future at the club, and a number of departures already appear to be realistic possibilities.
PSG are expected to be far more active than they were in 2025, when Lucas Chevalier, Illia Zabarnyi, and Marin joined the club in a relatively quiet transfer window. This summer, however, movement is expected mainly in the outgoing direction, with as many as six players potentially leaving the French champions.
Several PSG Players Considering Their Future
Among the most notable names are Kang-In Lee and Gonçalo Ramos. Both attacking players are reportedly seeking more playing time and a larger role next season, which could encourage them to look for opportunities elsewhere. Other situations remain unresolved as well. Lucas Chevalier, despite arriving recently, is said to be unwilling to settle for a long-term backup role and is expected to hold discussions with club officials soon. Should he leave, Diogo Costa has already emerged as a possible replacement.
Young talent Ibrahim Mbaye is also attracting interest from several clubs, including Aston Villa. As for captain Marquinhos, PSG would not stand in his way if he decided to move on. The Brazilian defender is believed to favor a move to Qatar rather than Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, Lucas Hernandez is not officially available for transfer, but an exceptional offer could still persuade PSG to reconsider.
All potential departures would be replaced numerically, meaning PSG could undergo a significant squad refresh. The club is expected to make targeted but important adjustments to inject new energy into a group that is preparing for a second consecutive summer with very little rest following another demanding campaign.
