PSG are looking for their new number 9, and the Eli Junior Kroupi track is gaining momentum. With Gonçalo Ramos leaving for AC Milan, Paris want to strengthen their attack. According to TEAMtalk, the former Lorient talent, now at Bournemouth, is seen as an ideal profile to replace the Portuguese forward.
Big moves are about to begin at PSG. At 20, Eli Junior Kroupi is highly appreciated by the Parisian management. Mobile, quick, technical and capable of attacking space, the French striker would fit the style Luis Enrique is looking for to energize his attacking sector.
Bournemouth Demand a Huge Deal for Kroupi
The player is reportedly not indifferent to PSG’s interest. A return to France, at a club like Paris, could appeal to him. But Bournemouth have no intention of making his departure easy after just one successful season in the Premier League.
The English club are said to be demanding around €100 million to open the door. A huge price, which has cooled PSG for now. Paris like the profile, Kroupi appreciates the project, but the deal remains blocked by the Cherries’ demands.
For now, Junior Kroupi therefore remains an attractive but very complicated option. After Ramos, PSG want to quickly find their new centre-forward, but they may have to break the bank to lure the Bournemouth phenomenon.
