According to Foot Mercato, PSG and its owners in Doha are currently searching for a new Sporting Director to replace Luis Campos.
Luis Campos has faced criticism over the summer transfer window for his perceived closeness to agent Jorge Mendes. He was also reportedly not very keen on bringing in players like Dembélé and Kolo Muani, deals that were ultimately concluded by PSG President Nasser al-Khelaïfi.
It appears that Maxwell, a well-established figure at PSG, is highly regarded internally for his role during the recent summer transfer window. Paolo Maldini could also be a potential candidate for the role.
