PSG Make Bradley Barcola Contract Extension a Top Priority

Paris Saint-Germain are determined to secure the long-term future of Bradley Barcola. Although the French winger is under contract until June 2028, talks are underway over a new deal as several of Europe’s biggest clubs continue to monitor his situation closely.

Liverpool, Bayern Munich and Arsenal have all been linked with the 23-year-old. Despite that interest, PSG have no intention of selling. The French champions want Barcola to commit his future to Luis Enrique’s project and remain a key figure in the squad for years to come.

PSG Determined to Keep Barcola

Negotiations are not straightforward, but PSG are not under immediate pressure. With two years remaining on his current contract, the club still has plenty of time to reach an agreement. However, the Parisian board does not want the situation to drag on and could begin making decisions as early as next summer if no extension is signed, in order to avoid seeing the player’s market value decline.

PSG have also sent a clear message to potential suitors by reportedly valuing Barcola at around €150 million. Liverpool are currently considered the most serious candidate should the winger ever become available, with Fabrizio Romano reporting that the Reds are waiting to learn PSG’s exact demands before considering a move. Bayern Munich also admire the former Lyon star, but the asking price is currently viewed as too high. For now, PSG remain firmly in control and are focused on reaching a renewal agreement as quickly as possible.
