Far from the spotlight and luxury beaches, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia chose to return to his roots for his vacation. The PSG star spent several days in Gudauri, a mountain resort located in northern Georgia.
Kvaratskhelia has been through an intense season and now finally has time to recharge. With PSG not returning to training until late July, the Georgian winger is making the most of his break. Accompanied by his brother Nika and several friends, including former Napoli teammate Cyril Ngonge, he enjoyed a relaxing stay at more than 2,200 meters above sea level.

The trip included snowmobile rides, quality time with loved ones, and breathtaking snowy landscapes. Skiing, however, remains strongly discouraged and is often prohibited in football players’ contracts to avoid unnecessary injuries during the offseason.
Kvara also took on the role of tour guide by introducing his friends to Georgian cuisine. Cyril Ngonge had the opportunity to try the famous khinkali, traditional Georgian dumplings filled with meat and widely enjoyed throughout the country.
Before heading to the mountains, the Georgian international attended an event honoring Guram Kashia, a legend of the Georgian national team. The PSG winger even showcased his singing skills during the celebrations. With Georgia failing to qualify for the 2026 World Cup, Kvaratskhelia benefits from an extended summer break and will return to PSG on July 25, aiming to be in top shape to help defend the club’s European crown.
