PSG convincingly defeated Olympique Lyonnais (4-1) during the 30th matchday of Ligue 1, edging closer to the Ligue 1 title. However, it’s not a done deal yet.

PSG can almost celebrate their French championship title. Almost, but not quite yet. Paris solidified their position at the top of the standings with a resounding 4-1 victory against Lyon on Sunday evening.

The Parisians are now on the brink of their twelfth French championship title. With an 11-point lead over AS Monaco, PSG could clinch the title next Wednesday, provided they win against Lorient. However, Monaco must also fail to defeat Lille in the rescheduled matches from the 29th matchday, which will be played simultaneously.
