Paris Saint-Germain have secured their head coach for the long term. Luis Enrique and the Parisian management have reached an agreement to extend their partnership until June 2030.
The extension is now reportedly fully agreed between all parties: PSG and Luis Enrique are set to continue together. The Spanish coach has accepted a new contract running until 2030.
Luis Enrique at the Heart of PSG’s Long-Term Project
Only the club’s official announcement is now missing. According to L’Équipe, it could arrive soon as part of a coordinated communication featuring several major announcements. Since taking charge in 2023, Luis Enrique has established himself as the central figure of PSG’s new project, with the management determined to provide him with maximum stability.
The new deal confirms the club’s complete faith in the Spanish coach, whose influence now extends beyond the pitch to recruitment, youth development and squad building. PSG are also preparing several player extensions, with Fabian Ruiz, Willian Pacho, João Neves, Senny Mayulu and Ibrahim Mbaye among the cases reportedly advanced or already settled internally.
Paris are therefore preparing a major wave of announcements to secure the leading figures of their project. After several years defined by managerial changes and short-term contracts, PSG now want to build continuity around Luis Enrique and the club’s young core.
