PSG is now moving on to the contract extension negotiations phase. However, it’s far from being a sure thing, as RMC Sport reports. “In the excitement of this unexpected reconciliation for some, voices close to the club were explaining that the Bondy native had paved the way for an extension. But from the French international’s camp… they don’t confirm. They even explain that a contract that benefits both sides is being sought, and that Kylian Mbappé has committed not to harm PSG,” states RMC Sport.
“There are several ways to achieve this, but the Parisian leaders’ goal is still to convince the French international to extend. Within the club, it’s whispered that the ongoing discussions are now taking place in a very positive atmosphere,” RMC concludes.
