Paris Saint-Germain are enjoying a particularly lucrative transfer window in terms of player sales. Thanks to the departures of Gonçalo Ramos, Randal Kolo Muani and Kang-in Lee, the French champions are expected to have already raised around €165 million this summer.
PSG are selling well this summer. Several players have either already left or are close to moving on: Gonçalo Ramos and Kang-in Lee have departed, while Randal Kolo Muani is reportedly on the verge of completing his transfer.
PSG Could Exceed €200m in Player Sales
According to PSG Inside Actus, these three deals will significantly strengthen the club’s finances while reducing the size of Luis Enrique’s squad. Ramos is expected to bring in €74 million plus €5 million in bonuses, Lee €35 million plus €5 million in add-ons, and Kolo Muani around €50 million. That would represent €159 million in guaranteed fees and as much as €169 million including bonuses. The strategy is fully supported by the club’s management, which wants a tighter squad and is prepared to sell players who still hold strong market value.
PSG could even pass the symbolic €200 million mark before the transfer window closes. A potential €50 million departure for Ibrahim Mbaye would take the club comfortably beyond that total. The young forward remains highly sought-after, and although Paris are not actively pushing him out, a major offer could prove difficult to reject.
These revenues give PSG considerable flexibility for the remainder of their recruitment campaign. Luis Campos and Nasser Al-Khelaifi now have the resources to accelerate several priority moves, particularly in attack. After significantly trimming the squad, the French champions could now go on the offensive, with Rodri, Yan Diomandé, Maghnes Akliouche and Zion Suzuki among the names linked with what promises to be a very busy end to the window.
