Kang-In Lee’s future may lie away from PSG. After struggling for playing time in recent months despite the Paris club’s European triumph, the South Korean international has become one of the most coveted targets of the transfer window.
Kang-In Lee is highly rated in Spain. According to Fabrizio Romano, Atlético Madrid have made the 25-year-old a top priority for this summer. Talks with Lee’s entourage are reportedly already well advanced, with an agreement on personal terms getting closer. Once that step is completed, the Colchoneros are expected to make their move with PSG.

But Diego Simeone is not alone in the race. According to Sport, FC Barcelona have also asked about the Paris attacking midfielder’s situation. The Catalan club reportedly used a meeting linked to Javi Guerra to gather information on the PSG player.
For now, however, Barça have not opened any official negotiations. The Blaugrana are mainly trying to assess whether a possible deal would be feasible and are monitoring the case closely.
Atlético currently appear to be the most advanced club. The Madrid side value his versatility, technical quality and experience at the highest level. PSG, for their part, are not closing any doors but have not received any official offer at this stage. Under contract until 2028, Kang-In Lee remains appreciated internally, but with Atlético’s growing interest and Barcelona’s curiosity, his name could quickly become one of the hottest stories of PSG’s summer window.
