PSG’s transfer window is speeding up. As negotiations progress over the departures of Lee Kang-in and Gonçalo Ramos, the Parisian sporting management has set a very clear line: every player who leaves the professional squad will be replaced numerically.
The Lee Kang-in and Gonçalo Ramos cases are currently the most advanced. The South Korean attacking midfielder is moving closer to an exit, as is the Portuguese striker, who is set to sign for AC Milan in a deal that could reach €80 million.
Luis Enrique Wants a Renewed Squad
For several weeks, Luis Enrique has been repeating the same message internally: he wants to regenerate his squad. The Spanish coach wants to inject fresh blood while maintaining strong competition in every position, something he considers essential to remain competitive on all fronts.
PSG therefore do not simply intend to sell in order to lighten their squad. Every departure is expected to be offset by an arrival, with the aim of building a younger, more intense group perfectly suited to Luis Enrique’s demands.
The Parisian transfer window is far from having delivered its final twist.
