Didier Deschamps issued a warning to Jean-Clair Todibo regarding his conduct during the tribute to the victims of the conflict between Israel and Gaza last month.

The French national team manager believes that the Nice defender should learn from his awkward behavior and “nervous laughter” during a minute of silence.

In an interview with readers of Nice-Matin on Wednesday, Didier Deschamps, the French national team manager, expressed strong disapproval of Jean-Clair Todibo’s conduct, who was seen laughing during a minute of silence for the victims of the Hamas. “He had no business smiling,” he said. “I hope this will be a lesson for him.”
