Marco Verratti has left Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) to join Al-Arabi, a club in Qatar. On this occasion, his former PSG teammate, Lionel Messi, sent him a warm farewell message.
Messi acknowledged the time they spent together at PSG and wished Verratti success in his future career with Al-Arabi. It’s a friendly gesture between two former teammates who shared the Parisian adventure for two years.
“Good luck in your new journey, Marco Verratti! You know that I always wish you the best,” wrote the Argentine on his Instagram account, accompanied by a photo showing the two of them, very close during their time at PSG, but wearing their national team jerseys.
