The upcoming 16th-round Coupe de France match between PSG and Orléans faces uncertainty due to pitch issues at Orléans’ Stade de la Source. The venue has been deemed impracticable due to glass fragments on the field, prompting consideration of relocating the fixture.

Per Coupe de France regulations, matches between teams with a two-division or more difference automatically take place at the home ground of the lower-ranked team. However, an ongoing municipal ban on hosting events at the Stade de la Source complicates matters.

Despite ongoing efforts to address the pitch conditions, including resodding initiated on Tuesday, a final decision on the venue is pending. If Orléans fails to resolve the issue by Thursday, the match might be relocated to the Parc des Princes.
