Warren Zaïre-Emery, the 17-year-old midfielder from Paris Saint-Germain, has been turning heads with his impressive performances at the start of the season. His swift rise through the ranks has caught the attention of French football enthusiasts.

Zaïre-Emery, who was part of the French U21 team in September, quickly earned the captain’s armband for the Young Blues due to his exceptional displays. However, in recent weeks, the prospect of playing for the senior French national team under Didier Deschamps no longer seems out of reach for the young talent.

According to Le Parisien, Deschamps and his coaching staff have also been impressed by Zaïre-Emery’s abilities. The French national team coach is set to announce his next squad on November 9th, in preparation for the upcoming matches against Gibraltar and Greece on November 18th and 21st.

It is highly likely that Zaïre-Emery will receive his first call-up for these international fixtures, especially with the injury to Aurélien Tchouaméni, who plies his trade at Real Madrid, potentially opening the door for the young midfielder to make his debut for the French national team.
