Luis Enrique defended his record with PSG after a few months at the helm of the team.

With Ligue 1 almost in the bag, a Coupe de France final, and a Champions League semi-final, the Spanish coach’s pre-assessment is positive. “On the day of my presentation, we clearly talked about being in contention for all trophies. That was the objective, and for now, we are achieving it. We are in a very good position, so we have the opportunity to win everything,” he said at a press conference on Saturday.
Luis Enrique admits that he doesn’t pay attention to criticism, no matter where it comes from. “I don’t just read little (press), it’s zero. Since I’ve been a coach, I’ve been criticized, and that continues. Dogs may bark, but I continue.”
Similarly, the PSG coach doesn’t plan to dwell too much on his relationship with Kylian Mbappé. “What I’ve seen or not seen stays in the dressing room. Everything else is just a circus.”
