Will Eli Junior Kroupi join PSG this summer? For the moment, everything is completely blocked. The reason is simple: Bournemouth are reportedly demanding €100 million to let their young striker leave. That fee is considered far too high by Paris, who refuse to overpay for a player, even a very promising one.

PSG Refuse Bournemouth’s €100 Million Demand

PSG appreciate Kroupi’s profile, but the Paris management does not want to act recklessly in the transfer market. The club will not go beyond what it considers to be the fair value of the striker.

The deal is therefore not completely closed, but it now depends on Bournemouth. If the English club lowers its demands, Paris could return to the charge. In the meantime, the €100 million asking price has clearly cooled PSG’s interest.
