Ousmane Dembélé will have to wait a little longer to join PSG, due to a delay on the Barcelona side.
Barcelona seems to be dragging its feet. Similar to the situation with Neymar in 2017, the Spanish club is taking its time to send the necessary documents for Ousmane Dembélé’s transfer.
The 26-year-old forward, whose contract with FC Barcelona runs until 2024, is still set to sign with PSG, with a transfer fee expected to be finalized using his 50 million Euro release clause. Only administrative formalities and the medical examination remain.
Following reports from L’Équipe, RMC Sport also confirms that everything is scheduled for this Monday, the day training resumes after the tour in Japan. After that, Dembélé will be presented and can begin training with his new team.
