Arnau Tenas will attempt to secure more playing time away from Villarreal. The 25-year-old Spanish goalkeeper has officially joined Mallorca on loan, as announced by the Balearic club on Saturday.
Arnau Tenas has been loaned to Mallorca in an effort to revive his career. The former Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper joined the Yellow Submarine a year ago for €2.5 million but failed to establish himself permanently, making only ten La Liga appearances during the 2025-2026 season.
A Fresh Opportunity for Tenas at Mallorca
Tenas had nevertheless finished last season as Villarreal’s first-choice goalkeeper, raising hopes that he could move up the pecking order. However, the club ultimately decided to send him out on loan so that he could benefit from greater consistency and regular playing time.
