During an event with children as part of a campaign organized by the OneSight foundation, which provides free vision tests and corrective eyewear to underprivileged children, Kylian Mbappé spoke with Le Parisien.

Touched by the experience, the PSG striker discussed the “responsibility of disappointing them as little as possible” and his desire to “set the best possible example” for them.

The captain of the French national team also showed his playful side. When asked to whom he would give glasses, the vice-world champion jokingly mentioned his teammate Ousmane Dembélé.

“Who could I give glasses to? Well, I could give some to Ousmane Dembélé; it would help him score! With questions like that, it’s best to tease your friends,” he said, referring to Dembélé’s goal drought since joining PSG.
