Nuno Mendes showed explosiveness during PSG’s victory against Nice (3-1) this Wednesday in the quarter-finals of the French Cup. After almost a year of unavailability, the full-back is making a good comeback but still requires time to fully recover.
“The supporters who cheered for me? It makes me happy! I’m glad, after eleven months… We must continue! I don’t think I’m in my best form yet, but I’m getting there little by little. I will try to do my best to be in top shape,” promised the Parisian defender speaking to beIN Sports.
“We wanted to remain in all competitions. That’s our goal. We will try to win every match to achieve our objective,” he reassured afterward.
