Just days before the match against Real Sociedad on Wednesday, Danilo Pereira shared his thoughts on what would tip the scales in the game.
Paris Saint-Germain midfielder or center-back Danilo believes that ball possession will play a crucial role in this first leg match of the Champions League round of 16 between PSG and Real Sociedad.
“We expect a difficult match because it’s a team that likes to have a lot of possession. They have huge ball possession. Defensively, they are strong as well. They try to get into the final third of the field with a lot of triangular play.”
“It’s a team that presses well, so we have to take the ball away from them. I think the team that manages to have the most possession will hurt the other,” predicted the Portuguese speaking to France Bleu Paris.
