Nuno Mendes is getting closer to a return with PSG, with a date reportedly set.

Nuno Mendes has been removed from PSG’s medical reports. This is good news. The Portuguese player participated in the entire training session with the rest of the group on Wednesday at PSG’s training ground.

Theoretically, he could play again against Rennes next weekend. But according to Le Parisien, PSG is hoping to have him back in the squad against Real Sociedad on March 5th.

In recent days, Luis Enrique had not wished to rush his defender, so Mendes may return to competition gradually. Starting… won’t be immediate.

Another piece of good news for PSG: Mendes is slightly ahead of schedule in his recovery. He could therefore return quite quickly. Marquinhos also returned to training with the group on Wednesday on the field before finishing his session indoors. He might be rested for the match against Rennes this weekend.
