Lucas Beraldo could have been a Red. According to Le Parisien, Liverpool tried to recruit the Brazilian defender. But ultimately, the defender chose PSG. Zenit Saint Petersburg, a Russian club, was also in the race to sign the player.
However, persuasion was necessary. Luis Campos, PSG’s sporting advisor, managed to sway the decision in favor of the capital club by discussing with the player and his entourage.
Since his arrival, Lucas Beraldo’s debut at PSG has been mixed. Used in central defense or left-back, the Brazilian has been relatively quiet for the time being.
