PSG is on the verge of signing Gabriel Moscardo, a deal that is nearly finalized, awaiting only the club’s signature. Moscardo, an 18-year-old midfielder currently under contract with Corinthians until 2026, had a foot issue detected during the medical examination.

With an estimated three-month absence due to the necessary operation, PSG chose to delay the signing until June, unwilling to take unnecessary risks.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, despite the setback, the deal is set to go through. Most of the details have been ironed out, with documents already exchanged between the two clubs.

“The Paris Saint-Germain and Corinthians exchanged documents on Thursday for the agreement with Gabriel Moscardo but there is still no signature as some details are missing. Moscardo, waiting for the saga to end as quickly as possible after accepting PSG’s terms in December. Only the signature is missing.”
