PSG is gearing up for reinforcements next summer, with top priority placed on recruiting a strong midfielder.

PSG’s transfer market activity is already in full swing as the club prepares for the upcoming season. At the forefront of their agenda is the desire to secure a midfielder. While Gabriel Moscardo is already in line, according to RMC Sport, “the club is aiming for a top-class defensive midfielder.”

PSG is even prepared to break the bank and “go all out if they find the perfect fit,” as per RMC. However, no specific names have been leaked, although those of Rabiot, de Jong, or Guimaraes frequently resurface. The desired player should possess “technical prowess, be a regulator, and capable of asserting themselves physically. Additionally, a creative midfielder might also arrive depending on departures,” explains RMC Sport.

With Kylian Mbappé’s departure, PSG is expected to focus on bolstering the midfield before potentially turning to the recruitment of a prominent striker.
