This amount per player will then be divided and paid to the clubs where each player was registered in the two years leading up to the final competition, according to a report released by FIFA.

PSG, having sent 11 players from their squad to the World Cup, including Messi and Mbappé who faced each other in the final, will receive €3.35 million. Among other clubs, Real Madrid will receive €3.36 million, while in Ligue 1, Marseille (€1.88 million) and AS Monaco (€1.6 million) are also set to receive compensation.
