According to Le Parisien, PSG is working on a tribute before or after the PSG/Nice match this Friday in Ligue 1 at Parc des Princes.

Marco Verratti is in Qatar to sign with Al-Arabi. And it’s uncertain whether he will return to Parc des Princes one last time. According to Le Parisien, PSG is considering paying tribute to him.

“While the precise details of this tribute, including its date (perhaps as early as this Friday against Nice?), are not yet known, it is considered ‘obvious’ by a source close to the club that the club will honor its longest-serving player in some way,” writes the newspaper.

“The Italian’s presence remains uncertain. Details are being finalized at the club,” Le Parisien adds. The Italian is set to join Al-Arabi in the coming hours once his medical examination is completed. PSG will receive approximately 50 million euros from the transfer.
