Marco Verratti, the 30-year-old midfielder at Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), is reportedly getting closer to a departure to Qatar.

Recent offers from Saudi Arabia (Al-Hilal and Al-Ahly) as well as from Qatar (Al-Arabi) have circulated, indicating the possibility of Marco Verratti leaving PSG after a decade with the club.

RMC Sport confirmed the ongoing discussions with Qatari club Al-Arabi on Monday. However, nothing has been officially finalized at this stage. While negotiations are in progress, it remains to be seen whether an agreement will ultimately be reached among the involved parties.

“Discussions continue on Monday between PSG, Al-Arabi (Qatar), and Marco Verratti. A tripartite agreement is still pending in this complex matter where nothing is settled. One thing is certain, the Parisian club aims to part ways with the Italian midfielder. Luis Enrique does not count on the services of the Italian player,” RMC Sport reported.
